This website, saoconradorio.com, is a single-property site for a five-suite villa above São Conrado Beach in Rio de Janeiro, marketed and reserved by Art de Vivre (ADV ADVISORS LLC · CRECI RJ 009278/O). This policy explains what personal data we handle when you visit the site or contact us, and the rights you have over it. We address the GDPR (Europe), the LGPD (Brazil), and the CCPA/CPRA (California).

There are no forms on this site. When you reach out by WhatsApp or by email ([email protected]), we receive only what you choose to share — typically your name, travel dates, and contact details — and use it solely to answer your enquiry and arrange a direct reservation.
Booking on the Art de Vivre site
The Book direct button sends you to the Art de Vivre booking page (artdevivre.com.br), where any dates, details, or payment you provide are handled under Art de Vivre's own terms and privacy practices. We do not process card payments on saoconradorio.com.
Analytics (only with your consent)
If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (property G-4DN36CS35D) to
understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site. Google Consent Mode v2 keeps analytics
in a denied state by default; the Google Analytics script is not loaded at all until you press
Accept. If you decline, it is never loaded and no analytics data is collected.
Information collected automatically
Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and standard request metadata to serve the site securely and prevent abuse. This is necessary to operate the website.

- Art de Vivre (artdevivre.com.br) — the booking page you reach via "Book direct." Data you enter there is governed by Art de Vivre's own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — hosting, CDN, and security. Processes IP addresses and request metadata under GDPR-compliant safeguards. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
5. Your rights under the LGPD (Brazil)
Under Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) you may confirm the existence of processing, access, correct, anonymise, port, or delete your data, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the ANPD. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]; we respond within the timeframe the LGPD requires.
6. Your rights under the GDPR (Europe & UK)
If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Our legal bases are your consent (analytics), our legitimate interests (security and basic operation of the site), and, where relevant, steps taken at your request to respond to an enquiry. You may also complain to your national data protection authority (UK: the ICO at ico.org.uk).
7. California rights (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
